Encouragement has assisted with many new church plants in Kenya. Pastors are being equipped for ministry through our Bible Institute which is specifically designed to train pastors in basic theology, leadership, evangelism, and church growth principles. We are using training materials from a variety of evangelical leaders such as: John Maxwell, Wayne Cordiero, and Christian Schwartz.
Over 600 Bishops, Pastors & Church Leaders have attended our Bible Institute courses since 2006. These graduates will take what they have learned and will go back to their own villages to share Christ more effectively.
