Encouragement has assisted with many new church plants in Kenya & Uganda. Pastors are being equipped for ministry through our one-year Bible Institute which is specifically designed to train pastors in basic theology, leadership, evangelism, and church growth principles. We are using training materials from a variety of evangelical leaders such as: John Maxwell, Wayne Cordiero, and Christian Schwartz.

Over 200 students have graduated from this Bible Institute since 2006. Most of these graduates will take what they have learned and will go back to their own villages to share Christ.
